2. Select Your Size: from small statement pieces to full-room centerpieces. We offer 24in, 36in and 48in. The longer dimension of your design is chosen for this.

3. Upload Your Design: we’ll create a mockup preview of your rug so you see exactly how it will look before production.

Yes! All rugs come with a non-slip backing material that will hold your rug in place.

Waterproof and machine washable—just toss it in on a gentle cycle. Vacuum regularly to keep it looking fresh. Durable enough for high-traffic areas, easy enough to clean in minutes

Production: Each rug is hand-tufted to order. Because your design is 1-of-1, our artisans spend 1–2 weeks digitizing, tufting, and hand-carving your rug to ensure every detail is perfect.

Shipping: Once quality-checked, your rug is express-shipped. Delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks in total. You will receive a tracking number the moment it leaves our studio so you can follow it to your door.
